The rotationally balanced design incorporates 8 spline grooves (SAE 6-spline standard) with 30° pressure angles for optimal torque transmission up to 2,500 N·m. A triple-stage heat treatment process (normalizing at 900°C, quenching, and tempering at 550°C) ensures uniform hardness of HB 220-260 throughout the component.
