PRECISION MANUFACTURING

Our manufacturing process begins with 15,000-ton hydraulic forging that optimizes the grain structure for maximum strength. This forging process creates a continuous grain flow that follows the component’s contours, eliminating weak points. After forging, each trailing arm undergoes precision CNC machining to achieve tight tolerances (±0.15mm) on all critical surfaces. We include stress-relieving operations after forming to ensure dimensional stability.

THERMAL PROCESSING

The complete heat treatment cycle is carefully controlled to achieve optimal material properties. Normalizing at 900-950°C creates a uniform microstructure throughout the component. After machining, we perform oil quenching at 850°C followed by tempering at 450-550°C. This process achieves the perfect balance of hardness (HRC 38-42) and toughness for suspension applications.

SURFACE TREATMENT OPTIONS

Choose from multiple surface finishes to meet your specific requirements. Our standard shot blasting (SAE J444) provides excellent paint adhesion and prepares surfaces for further treatment. For enhanced durability, we offer precision grinding (Ra 1.6μm) on wear surfaces. Custom electrostatic powder coating is available in all RAL colors for both protection and aesthetics.
