Manufactured from premium 52CrMnMoV alloy steel through precision casting and 5-axis CNC machining, this shaft seat delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity (±0.05mm bore concentricity) for critical rotating assemblies. The production process combines investment casting (±0.2mm dimensional stability) with CNC finishing to achieve Ra 1.6μm bearing surfaces, followed by a full thermal cycle: normalizing (900-920°C), annealing, oil quenching (850°C), and tempering (540-600°C) to attain HRC 32-36 hardness. Available in original cast finish or black baking varnish, surface treatments include MIL-STD-1504-compliant shot blasting for coating adhesion and optional Dacromet® coating (1,000+ hours salt spray resistance).
Designed for heavy machinery drivetrains and industrial gearboxes, the shaft seat features integrated lubrication grooves and 360° load distribution geometry. Certified under IATF 16949 standards, each unit undergoes magnetic particle inspection, 200% overload testing, and CMM verification of flange parallelism (±0.03mm). Packaged in reinforced wooden crates with VCI corrosion protection, standard lead time is 15-20 days (MOQ 10 units).
