With a tensile strength of 850-1000MPa and yield strength ≥650MPa, it maintains excellent elongation of 12-15% to ensure reliable elasticity under heavy loads. Through a comprehensive heat treatment process including normalizing at 900-925°C, oil quenching at 850°C, and tempering at 540-660°C, the product achieves an optimal hardness of HRC 30-35, combining both wear resistance and impact toughness. Testing confirms over 1 million fatigue cycles at 75% of working load limit, with an operational temperature range spanning from -40°C to 120°C for extreme environment performance.

Utilizing investment precision casting for complex geometries with casting tolerances controlled within ±0.3mm. Subsequent precision machining with 5-axis CNC centers ensures critical mating surfaces maintain ±0.05mm accuracy. Each unit undergoes complete normalizing-annealing-quenching-tempering heat treatment. Base surface treatment complies with SAE J444 shot blasting standards, with optional premium finishes including precision polishing to Ra1.6μm or electrostatic coating. Specialized treatments provide 500+ hours salt spray protection.

Manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, every batch undergoes full inspection including CMM dimensional verification, 150% load testing, and non-destructive magnetic particle inspection. Complete material certifications, heat treatment records, and test reports are provided. Standard packaging includes moisture-proof wooden crates with VCI anti-rust materials.
